1. Booking and Payment

5. Client Responsibilities

6. No Shows and Late Arrivals

If a client or a member of the bridal party arrives late, it may affect the scheduled makeup time, and we may not be able to complete the services as originally planned. We cannot offer a refund or partial refund for any missed or incomplete services due to lateness.

If a client or bridal party member does not show up for their scheduled appointment, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be given.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide a makeup application that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with your makeup, please inform the artist immediately during the session, and we will make any reasonable adjustments.

Once the makeup session is completed, no refund or partial refund will be provided. However, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
8. Health and Safety

All makeup tools and products used are sanitized and safe for application. If you have any specific concerns regarding the products used, please inform us before your appointment.

If a client shows any signs of infection, irritation, or other health concerns, we reserve the right to refuse service to protect both the client and the artist.
9. Photographs and Marketing
