Refund Policy

At Beauty By Jen, we strive to ensure every client feels beautiful and confident on their special day. We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we are here to help. Please take a moment to review our refund policy:

1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited towards your total makeup service fee on the day of your appointment.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 13 days of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

If we fail to provide the makeup services as agreed upon or the makeup artist is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency).
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 1 hour of the appointment. We will work to address the issue or offer a partial refund depending on the situation.

4. Service Modifications

Any significant changes to the services requested (such as changes in the number of people to be serviced, service type, or location) must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled appointment. Changes made after this time may be subject to additional charges, and no refund will be provided for any additional costs incurred.

5. No Refund on Completed Services

Once services have been completed, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to ensure satisfaction. If there are any issues with the makeup application, please inform the artist immediately during the session.
